A story about Louie Giglio
I am very grateful that God provided Louie’s Bible Study, Choice, at Baylor University at a pivital time in my life. His passion to speak truth and his gift for packaging the message in a very relevant form literally changed my life – for the better. Thinking about his illustrations more than ten years later still serve to bring me back to the core truth’s of the Bible. Everytime I see a bottle of Perrier I think of their passion for purity as a shadow of God’s passion for His holiness. He never “watered down” the message – and we came in droves at baylor to lap it up.
Louie has not been a self-promoter. He doesn’t want to be lifted up personally. What we like about Louie is that he is not a charmer or reall warm and fuzzy one on one. He is rather funny on stage and cuts to the bone with a word from God. He is a man who speaks for God in a powerful way. We all need to listen and be changed.
